The principles discussed in the book were originally part of a manual I created with the intention of helping those within Mission Elite navigate challenging and uncertain times. However, through its usage, they appeared to be able to serve much more.
As Mission Elite expanded, so did I on the principles, in an attempt to impact more than just our members, in more than just their careers. I hope this book contributes to that goal, as it has been a process that has taken over three years of critical reflection and rigorous thought.
17 Principles of a Mission Elite should provide direction in even the most directionless times, as my aim was for the book to serve as a microcosm of the orientation and purpose Mission Elite has provided to so many others, including myself.
By the end, I have no doubt you will build your mentality, live with more hope, become tougher, and be more ethically oriented, so that not only can you live better, but those you impact can too.
I hope it can be of service.
